Fluid & Formless Print Co. is beginning to roll out our hosted-design program for approved small businesses and nonprofit organizations. We can host an approved shirt design on our website, collect customer payments, print the shirts and handle fulfillment—without requiring your business or organization to purchase inventory upfront.
Shirts do more than look good. Every time a person wears your shirt, it puts you in front of new people. Each wearer becomes a walking, talking billboard—introducing your organization to new people while saying, “This is where I belong.”
Hosted designs
We will list approved designs on our website for six months. There’s no inventory and no upfront cost to worry about. We handle the printing and shipping. Each sale resets the design’s six-month listing period.
A hosted design gives your customers, community and supporters a direct way to purchase your merchandise through FF. We manage the storefront listing, production and order fulfillment. Each design and partnership is reviewed individually, and the exact products, pricing, availability and program terms are confirmed in writing before launch.
For small businesses
Hosted designs can help an approved small business offer branded merchandise without taking on a large initial inventory order. We’ll work together to determine whether a hosted design or a traditional bulk purchase makes the most sense for the business.
The initial small-business program is designed to provide an inventory-free merchandise option. Revenue-sharing payments are currently reserved for participating nonprofits unless different terms are agreed to in writing.
For nonprofits
Participating nonprofits receive an additional fundraising benefit while FF manages customer orders and fulfillment:
Earn $3 for each participating shirt sold.
Earnings are reviewed monthly and paid in $75 increments.
If a design is removed from the store, any remaining earned balance below $75 is paid at that time.
No upfront inventory purchase is required.
Artists: we’re looking forward to working with you
We’re also looking forward to connecting with artists who would like to design their own shirts. As this part of the hosted-design program develops, we’ll create a clear royalty framework so participating artists can earn from sales of approved designs while FF manages production and fulfillment.
Artist submissions, approval standards, licensing terms and royalty details will be announced before the artist program officially launches.

Customers order directly through our website, and FF prints and fulfills the orders.
Hosted merchandise is selective and subject to design approval, artwork permissions and written program terms. Participation is not guaranteed, and nothing is listed until both parties approve the details.
